Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Writing Competition Alerts Subscription
Subscription Terms:
- Writing Competition Alerts is a monthly subscription service billed through PayPal
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting us at [email protected]
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Upon cancellation, you will no longer receive monthly competition alert emails
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Subscribers will be notified as far in advance as possible of any price changes. New pricing will apply to your next billing cycle after notification.
Email Delivery: Writing Prizes is not responsible if our emails are filtered, blocked, or delivered to your spam folder by your email provider. To ensure you receive our competition alerts:
- Whitelist our domain: writingprizes.com
- Add [email protected] to your contacts
- Check your spam and promotions folders regularly
If you are not receiving our emails, please contact us immediately so we can troubleshoot the issue.
Digital Products (Templates, Guides, and Tools)
Purchase Terms:
- All templates, guides, and downloadable resources are digital products delivered electronically
- Products are typically available in multiple formats (PDF, DOCX, EPUB) for compatibility across devices
- All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered and downloaded.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems accessing or opening your purchased digital product:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase
- Provide your order number and describe the specific issue
- We will work with you to resolve the problem by resending the file in an alternative format or troubleshooting compatibility issues
- If we cannot resolve the technical issue after reasonable efforts, we will issue a refund at our discretion
Usage Rights: Digital products purchased from Writing Prizes are licensed for your personal use only. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share purchased products with others
- Post purchased products on file-sharing websites or public forums
- Claim authorship of templates or content created by Writing Prizes
- Use purchased materials for commercial purposes beyond your own writing projects
Violation of these terms may result in legal action and permanent ban from future purchases.
